Conference with site stormwater team to discuss corrections and upcoming plans at site:
- Construction entrance at Trent Point has been lengthened and widened. Street has been swept at entrance.
- Storm drain inlet on Ridgepoint will not have any sediment protection installed due to previous overflows and erosion of sediment into the stormwater pond whch outfalls to the Mesa drainage channel that sends water to the Boise River.
- The existing pond will be hydroseeded this month, the flow of stormwater passess over rip rap rock, and this rock channel with have wattle installed to keep sediment from the sides of the pond from getting into the rock.
- Work will begin next week or the following to install a bypass pipe that will take stormwater from the exisitng subdivsion in the pond and divert it around the area that is to be disturbed for creation of new ponds for the new subdivsion.
- Syman Co. has been working on maintaining all wattles and silt fences installed onsite, including repairing damaged silt below Vortex Drive
- Hydroseeding for temporary and permanent stabilization will occur in October.
- Roads will not get paved till next year, the road surface will be road mix to keep mud down and the roads will have stormwater controls installed to control direction of flow and velocity.
- new construciton entrance to be installed at Ridgepoint by the pond for the upcoming activity in this area.
Will continue to monitor and inspect weekly.
