Project walk through and BMP overview.

Project inlcudes renovating grassy areas into pollinator/native plant gardens, building new elevated boardwalk in the SE corner of park, new pond overlook features, railing installation and painting. Ponds are in process of draining so work around banks, bridges and overlooks will be dry.

Grassy areas will be tilled and then re-planted, no removal of topsoil. Most areas area surrounded by 50' buffers to any surface waters.

BMPs installed:
- SWPPP binder and permit billboard sign on site.
- Parking lot storm drainage curb cuts have sediment protection installed.
- Above ground concrete washout to be staged prior to any concrete placement
- Requested that drip pans and/or spill kits be used and available in equipment parking areas

- Additional sediment controls will be installed after earth disturbance as needed.

- Site will conduct SWPPP inspections at a 2 week frequency and post significant rainfall events.
