ESC permit sign posted on SWPPP board. Existing parking lot to be used for stabilized access. Dumpster onsite for trash, will preserve existing turf around perimeter in addition to perimeter control wattles in between project and Quinn's Pond path.

As the project extends towards west of construction limits, crew will install additional wattle.

Approved for construction.

Common area landscaping in progress. No grading activity. Slopes with ECBs are in good condition, no significant hillside erosion observed.

Corrective actions needed:

- wattles installed on parcels are not fully trenched in per construction details.
- certain parcel side slopes are showing channel erosion where water is flowing off onto the slope. Need to regrade/repair these channels and install erosion and sediment controls in these areas.

- clean trapped sediment in gutters

Need to schedule onsite meeting with RP
