Near completion. Need to stabilized hillside below pool house sod area and Barber Driver.

NO new activity or recent construction. No water in Warm Springs creek except close to the River. Willows on lower section are growing well, upper section was too dry so many of the cuttings have dried out and died. No erosion, loose netting or other issues observed.

Area in front of bikelane and in crosswalks was swept up. New work occuring the west lane now. No new corrections.

WIP on SFHs. Foundations for the west section have been poured and will be ready for framing this fall & winter. Concrete washout pit located at west end of street. Bottom is lined

Slope between subdivision and greenbelt has been vegetated. Supplemental irrigation has been installed to help get grasses established.

Silt fence was removed. Bark wattles are properly installed.
Correction requests for next inspection issued to Steve with CMG:

-A final row should be installed at the toe of the slope.
- sweep up concrete slurry dribbled on path from the new subdivision access path.
- fix lining on washout (request to Blackrock Homes)

No activity. SFHs are now in planning and permitting phase. No violations observed, no requests at this time
