	This home had a general inspect in late June and I was out of office when should have been called in"structure is framed now. Inspection requested via web by Erby Gonzales WIP, as mentioned by RP. No violations. Subdivision has been in good compliance with BMPs installed and regular housekeeping, street sweeping , and pick up of wind blown litter on south side of Warm Springs. Approved.
