Flooding due to Suez water leak. Site SW infiltration system not yet complete. Areas of the site are under standing water. Working on dewatering plan and containing the sediment from runoff. Currently no water is discharging to the River or walling creek. Water is ponding in grassy area near greenbelt and in onsite swale which is currently overtopping. Check in on mixer contaiment and ecopan clean up (full of water).

On 8th street extention the water drainage has cut in under the berm and is flowing over the ECBs depositing dirt on the ECBs. This water is then flowing Hulls Gulch ravine. Requst to have engineer review design and request corrective action.
On the West side of the site the water flowing from Baremere and highland view Dr. is being channeled by the wattles and creating rill erosion of the slope. Request review, maintenance, and possibly rerouting water.

Notified RP of the observations. RP to provide update of corrective actions to be implemented. Site currently under snow covered/frozen conditions with some active runoff.

No activity. Snow covered conditions. No muddy run off.

Snow covered ground will check for stabilization after melt. BLDR already finaled.
