No work on landscaping. Planters in rear are finished and take up much of exposed area. No rilling or runoff issues from rain event.

Still dewatering for pool. Well point is below gravel for pool base, water is clear, no turbidity.

Washout has been filled with water from rain. All other neighborhood BMPs in place. Workers parking on street, no trackout.

Home is surrounded by maintained lawn. A few trenches for irragation, no ESC issues.

Work started without site prep inspection.
Construction entrance is a mix of round and crushed rock, needs to be lined to prevent pumpimg. An entrance further west on Franklin was being used, gate was locked and was only way in.
Silt fence along Franklin needs to be retrenched in places, fence along Cloverdale is for show, all water flows onto site, steep grade away right behind fence.

Paved entrance is mud covered, will be cleaned. Entrance only being used for deliveries, have permission to park in lot across street. Site drainage worked during rain event, no standing water. No trackout or discharges.
