Met with foreman and looked at site. Washout is full, scheduled with excavator to come clean out and will replace. Construction entrance needs to be freshened up. Drain inlets are protected, they are sweeping parking lot. All water drains towards job site.

Work started without site prep inspection.
Construction entrance is a mix of round and crushed rock, needs to be lined to prevent pumpimg. An entrance further west on Franklin was being used, gate was locked and was only way in.
Silt fence along Franklin needs to be retrenched in places, fence along Cloverdale is for show, all water flows onto site, steep grade away right behind fence.

Met with foreman on site. Entrance is off Franklin, crushed rock entrance in place, some people have been driving around it, said they will make sure everyone uses it. Multiple washouts for mortar on site. All materials stored cleanly, no trash on site. Activity is on active traing grounds.
