Site is stabalized, all exterior completed. OK to final permit when BLD closed.

Home construction has begun. Site is clean, perimeter fence will prevent blown trash from leaving site.

WIP on framing. Backfill has been filled back in. Two row homes being built at same time. Trash box on site, some small trash and water bottles laying around site.

Home completed, still needs to be landscsaped.

Pad has been poured, large washout on site. Entance leading to job trailer, parking along Eugene is bare dirt. Eugene has been recently swept. Wattles installed along State st and the western edge. No workers on site at time of inspection.

Washout dumped on ground. RP notified, reinspection scheduled.
$55 reinspection fee on site.

No new activity, vacant homes still sitting on site.

2 homes under construction on Woodcreek. One is currently being framed the other has foundation poured with no more work done. Streets and sidewalks are being swept, trash boxes in use.
South end of site is vegetated and stable.

Pile of trash and super sacks on site, also some pallets. Looks like it is packaging from mulch for playground, also trash dumped on vacant lot next door.
Lots of dirt on perimeter road leading to rear of business. Still not open and no one on site.

Pad is poured and framing for subfloor has begun. All of the footprint is currently covered with poly. ackfill has been replaced, common drive is clean.
