One of the concrete trucks didn't use washout and dumped onto ground, still wet at time of inspection. Foreman is going to have excavator scrape and clean area.
Curbing still needed on right of way at Jefferson, they are waiting for ACHD approval. Most of disturbed area is below grade, wattles installed where it is even with road.

Silt fence on south west perimeter needs to be trenched. No inlet protection at Broadway intersection. Construction entrance is round river rock not crushed.

WIP on multiple homes and grading. oundation poured, did not see washout on site, no sign of dumped washout. No dirt leaving site, trackout on road inside site.
