Work on buildings has not begun. Still vegetated and stable.

Landscapers and foundation workers onsite. Trackout everywhere within neighborhood, not being tracked onto hill. Concrete washout now in use. No sign of dirt in creek/canal.

Perimeter controls intact. No material has left site. Stockpiles are on site. Entrance is not rock, will need to monitor over construction.

Interior construction ongoing. Landscaping in progress. Landscapers are tracking and leaving loose dirt sitewide. Some tracking onto Denton. Dis still in place and maintained. Will need to make sure mess is cleaned after landscapers are done with dirt work.

Working on installing sewer tap. No dirt or dust leaving site. Have rented parking from red lion so everything is on pavement. Met with Todd Deike, project superintendent.
