Multiple foundations poured on Mendota. Washout on site, lined and has stabalized road leading to it. Sidewalks look like they were scraped with blade, still need to be broomed off.
No workers at site.
Hillside has good vegetation, couple of spots of rilling from concentrated flow. Still some stockpiles on upper section, have growth on them and are stable.
No home construction has begun on upper section, no issues.
