Met with PM/RP Brandon. Construction entrance leading to fenced off parking area, access road has been graveled all the way through. Delta Dental parking lot relocated, is 3/4 mix, will be responsibl;e for upkeep and trackout. Wattle has been placed around swales. Irragation ditch runs along perimeter, in plans to pipe it before irragation turned back on.
Existing paved parking lot will be on site through winter. No inlets at site or on Park Center.

L3 water truck parked on lower section. Talked to RP for home said someone was on site digging and doing drainage test. They had some tracking they haven't cleaned. I let hillside engineering know they were up here testing.

Lot needs to be landcaped, all work on interior.

WIll final permit when RP has inlet protection removed, makes sure all trash cleaned, and does perimeter check outside area for wind blown trash.

Homes in multiple phases of construction. Orange fence installed on rod iron fence acting as trash catch. Inlets all have protection. Large lined washout on site and in use. Some dirt tracked on roads and sidewalks.

Foundation poured, lumber on site, no work on framing.

Curbing completed and parking lot paved, sidewalk still needs to be done. No landscaping on site. Washout on site and used. About half off building wrapped and heated for masonary and painting. No loose or blowing trash.

Some of area paved and units sold. Entrance to Fed Way has been closed, concrete crew opened it.
Planning on getting rest of area paved on the 15th so they don't have mud issues. Concrete washout on sites, some small trash like drinks and labels around site.
