Site is clean. One foundation in place, one home being framed, one lot excavated.
Next pour will need to provide washout. Excavator removced central washout, wasn't being used everytime and guys using it would drive through mud instaead of drive. Builders now responsible for their own washout.

Met with Travis from ESI.
Currently parking area is all mud. They are hauling out fill left from trenching and bringing in new rock. ETA is next week for trtenching to be finished and to get site stabalized. Currently no trackout onto Cloverdale. They are scraping lot and grates on exit.

Met with Kris at site. They are getting more rocks and will schedule a sweeper. Interested in trying wood chip for parking area. Will build a road in the site for access. Curently trailers in mud and genie lift tracking running from site to storage.
