Lots of trackout.
When I showed up crew was in street with track steer and shovels cleaning. Sweeper is scheduled for 230. Concrete company responsible for mud, now have them hosing of wheels while still on site. Entrance was rebuilt yesterday and already covered.

All equipment has been converted to be safe for work in river, no plans to have to drive in river at all. Material staged in lot, will monitor for trackout and improve and clean as needed. Will do daily turbidity readings and keep log. SWPPP will be kept on site in truck, advised against mailbox because chance of vandalism in high traffic area. Will post permit sign at entrance.

Bollards have been ran over, curb broke, and some tracking.
Wire with survey tape has been strung across sledding hill and around upper area to try and keep people off. Hillsides are still stable, no runoff from bottom. Did not walk site due to mud.
