Site walkthrough. Area of project is fenced off but no work going on. No exposed areas at time. Ground is snow covered. Eco melt deicer is being used throughout project. The base is beet pulp and salt, looks dirty and smells bad but is harmless. Area is functioning corporate office and is clean and well maintained. No violations have been observed prior to walkthrough. Very central location that is passed by inspectors and observed every day.
