Drainage issue, flooding neighboring business.
Talked with super Zach while at site. Roof doesn't have gutters yet. Today they are pouring curbing and sidewalk behind building. Issue was mud was mud and dirt being kicked up by water coming off roof. Doing what can be done in the meantime to alleviate. No changes have been made to existing grade.
Overall site is clean.

Rills from blowout never fixed. All new driveway drainage goes into gutter.

Talked to Collin at site. Area is being prepped for paving, contractor says they can get it done. Will need to follow up.

Entrance has been paved near pierce park. No trackout, multiple washouts. Site is all contained.
No issues.

Concrete and foundation work on lower section, no activity on upper area.
Washout in use.
Some tracking and dirt on road from crews, needs to be cleaned end of day.
