WIP and moving at a quick rate. Contractor is monitoring and recording turbity readings. No plumes or areas of concern where noted during inspection. Site is well maintained.

No new work. Lot vegetated.

Structural inspector Mike Jordan said he is going to call the contrator.
3:30 no sign of materials in road.

Report of dewatering. No notice or dewatering plan submitted.

Check to see if dewatering occured and if any clean up is required.
Were using water truck to wash pavement & then drained to prevent freezing. No dewatering on site. Conttractor said they will schedule sweepers and no longer use wash waters.

House complete and landscaped. Still needs some revegetation on south side. Wattles still in place. DI bags have been removed from street out front.

WIP. Western most buildings are newest and being framed. Others are mostly interior work. Parking isn't onsite, no ttrackout. Rear perimeter control intact. Site is kept clean, project manager is always there.

Road is clean, still has DIs on west side, area to north being developed. Creek banks and area seeded and tackified. Free from windblown trash. Stockpile south west of area.

Vertical construction on last area. Free from trash and runoff. Workers parking on paved streets not lots.

Met with contractor. BMPs in place. Only concern now is track out while hauling away material.

Massive grading underway. Water truck on site. Ground has moisture and freezing over night. No dust visible. Some trackout on first 50' of road.
