Current activity with risk is masonary. Mixer is in secondary containment, washout on site. Scaffolding is also fenced so minimal amounts of mud falling.
Will need to watch tracking from deliveries. At time of inspection there was an unattended hose turned on and running onto front street, water was starting to back up and will pick any pollutants in gutter.

Exterior work completed and lot landscaped.

No pond excavation. Ditch for dewatering water has been piped. No plans to do any work in area of contanimation for about a month.
No work on NE section of project. Placing fill already hauled from ponds.
Work on finishing storm pond overflow along greenbelt and under road.

No failures from rain event.
Crew on site trenching for new silt fence along Warm Springs.
Lots of mud tracked on to site in upper area. Crews are installing Basalit retaining walls terraced on lots. Crew at bottom working on entrance area, looks like they are installing sidewalk. Utilities still not clean and completed.
Areas of armored channel along road still full of dirt from utility contractor. Dirt on teresa in low spot by warm springs, look like there may still be an open trench, currently filled with water, can't tell what the depth is.

Home construction has begun in NE corner. No current issues, washout at end of road. Workers parked on street, no blown trash.

No workers on site. All foundations on lower section have been poured, strrets and sidewalks clean.
Up on tiger lilly there is lots of dirt on sidewalks and washout is about full. Sent message to listed RP clint.
