No building has begun.
Lots of stockpiles on site. Grading area for future layout, able to see where there will be roads and units. No excavation or pad prep has begun.

Met with builder at site. Planning on getting shop poured in next few days and hauling off remaining backfill. RPC on site to plan new retaining wall. Neighbor installed new driveway pad, left washout and broken concrete in front of lot.

For sale sign in front of lot. Wattle still at bottom of hill, no dirt leaving site.

Some loose trash in yard, Kimball needs to have the gutter swept along west side.

Homes on east of Linda Vista all completed and landscaped. One lot on north of Burnett still needs to be landscaped. Few homes framed and under construction. No current excavation or foundation work. No dust or trackout.

Dirt on road, sidewalk, and in gutters. Wind blown trash around perimeter. Washout on site, washout has still been dumped on vacant lots. Will need to contact person responsible for entire site.

Site is below grade, silt fence needs maintenance in areas, isn't serving any purpose besides cosmetic. Workers parking in neighboring parking lot and on vacant lot, workers in other completed buildings also park on vacant lot. Entrance to site is pretty compacted, few trucks on site, will need to monitor track out especially when wet.
Stucco crews on site, have containmen for stuccos. Will need to watch for blowing styrofoam being used on walls. Washout is nearly full. Areas of mud and standing water on site, genie lift in mud, ok as long as it doesn't drive off site.

Area excavated, no foundation work has begun, no dirt leaving site. New lined wash out installed on lot across common drive.

Landscaping not completed, common drive not finished, still go through dirt to make it to home.
