Complaint received describing muddy offsite discharge to home and to gutter.

Met with homeowner. Developer has already sent crews to clean up mess. New retaining wall is causing draining into his driveway and yard. They have pictures and videos that will be sent to me. Spoke with PW Hillside Engineer Melissa and she is going to look at wall plans.
There is some dirt in gutters down to Bogus Basin Rd. that will need to be cleaned/swept. Follow up onsite conference to be conducted 3/27
