Sewer line work going across warm springs. Easte end water is being pumped into cow pasture on north side of road.
West side is hitting contanimated water and soil. Soil is being seperated into own pile. Dirty water is being pumped into lined pond for holding.

Plastic sheeting was pulled up from wind. Area affected was inside reservoir area behind dam, lining on road was all in place.
I pulled the liner back up and weighed down the seam with rocks, rolled boulder on lower section of plastic to keep the wind from blowing it off.
There was never a risk of discharge.
