	Eldon with Idaho Power is taking care of SWPPP. Knife River on site grading. Rock entrance going out to Franklin is installed. WHen they start running haul trucks they are going to exit through Idaho Power complex to keep tracking off ACHD roads and avoid running trucks head to head.

	Slab was poured yesterday. Pump truck washed out in vicinity of washout area, foreman will get it cleaned up. Sweeper comes through and keeps parking lots clean. Track utilities is on site and has a saw cut area of pavement, they plan on patching when work completed.
