Some rills forming on hillsides, grass is also beginning to grow, will need to monitor stabalization vs erosion. Some sediment on drives of upper lots. Bare driveway access will need wattle or other BMP to slow down runoff and prevent more future rilling. Some rills starting to gorm into retention pond.

Check BMP repairs.
Cleaning out areas that were full of sediment. RPC is working on wall at top, when they finish new check dams will be built on road. Area on lower lot that blew out has been repaired. DI on bottom of hill has been replaced, still dirt in gutters going down hill.
