Utility work along warm springs. Lots of tracking across street from Boven. Silt fence will need to be repaired along warm springs.
Upper section is clean. No rills or discharged. Hillside have some growth and held up well.

Curbing and sidewalks done on first phase of upper section, road bed installed and not paved. Grass is growing very well.
Ridgepoint is closed, crew on site.
Met with Mark, Dave, and Steve on site. Part of bypass pipe may be blocked or broken. Water is coming out of sewer top, running into creek, and into new line being installed. Water is ending up behind dam instead of around it. L2 is doing minimal work today since it is to wet. They want to have sewer connection done within 7 days.
Took turbidity readings:
Pond on Vortex 308 NTU
Bypass below dam 481 NTU
Creek outflow at bottom of site: 373 NTU.
Creek between overflow and dam, all stays on site :658 NTU
Everyone was notified of issue, working on solutions.
