Entire site is covered with trackout. One concrete washout correctly built, large pile of washout right next to it just dumped on dirt. Site hasn't passed inspection in 2018. Took pictures and will send them to RP. Scheduled follow up for 4/12, if site not improved will hold inspections on other trades until site improved.
