Bottom left lot had channel along sidewalk. I directed water to one discharge point and moved snake bags to contain. Water above immediately cleared up.
No major issues or runoff from lots. Lots of vegetation and BMPs installed as reuested.
New owner of first left lot needs to come and get lot up to standard.
