Vortex pond is empty, newly installed geotextile already covered in dirt from utility work runoff coming from different project. Bare areas above pond and by inlet have been hydroseeded.
Crew working on grade below vortex heading to reservoir pond. Pond is now split into two bays.
Backside of dam has been hydroseeded. Very small amount of water coming out pipe and running down creek, is not turbid.
No dust but will need to be monitored and watered if needed.

No activity on western half of project.
One truck hauled some material into eastern side. One worker on site.
