Trackout and dirt on Barber. Some water flowing off site, not picking up turbidity due to slow velocity. Majority of water currently flowing into open trench.
Sent sweeping request to Kyle.

No building activity in phase. Hillsides are all vegetated.
No issues on phase.

Inspected both homes and met with both RPs. No flow off of front of sites. Some rilling on rear hill, verry small. All followed fall line and went to wattles. Will clean up hill when dry enough to walk on without causing damage. Grass is starting to grow on hillside.

All lots were repaired after last rain event. Some rills and sediment within site. Rill formed on old trench for water, blew through first row of wattle. Was all caught by vegetation and second row of wattle.
East side is stable.
East side has water running of BB road and rilling, causing blowout of trail on other side of road from water directed into culvert.

Lots of rilling. Silt fence failed, gator guard has nmud going over top. Trash on hillside. Small landslide in rear.
RP notiified follow up scheduled.

Pond is near capacity. Some rilling where water jumped curb

Foundation is prepped for pour, was postponed due to rain, washout will be dug.
Paved parking has been preserved, workers not parked in mud. Most of area below grade, grass left for perimeter controls.
Parking lot and exit swept daily, only one way onto site.
