Friday 7/26. Complaints of pool being drained or overflowing down hill. New phase of Eyrie canyon flooded causing damage during sewer inspection. Contractor has videos of water flowing from site. Area of new sewer will need to be excavated and redone, contractor is keeping track of all damages. Colon says they have been doing it for years and it hasn't been an issue while site was vacant.
Site was still muddy and had standing water at time of inspection. I walked hillside and was still wet but water was no longer flowing. Met with contractor and Collin on site. Was muddy and there was rilling damage from flowing water. Lots of sludge was in sewer line and retention pond, did need to be cleaned or pumped.

Met with Rod the builder on site. Lot has vegetated lot below it, shares driveway with neighbors. Currently excavating for walls. Water should be hooked up on 7/30 and will spray for dust. They are sweeping street and sidewalk
