Spoke with foreman. He will remove 2 witches hats fro Elite located by school bus yard.

All homes in phase completed. Old washout can be removed, community areas completed with landscaping, and general walk through and trash picked up. Permit can be closed once all completed.
Inlet protection should stay in due to new phase and construction uphill.

Exterior work and landscaping complete. Some small rills starting from irragation water running into lot below. Would install wattle along both lot lines to prevent dirt coming from vacant lot above and water eroding onto vacant lot below.

All BMPs still in place. Sandbags across street are starting to tear.

Check for alley cleanup
Not as bad as 8-15, still some dirt in alley.

Working on framing. Site is below grade of alley. Concrete washouts have been cleaned, will need a rebuild before next pour.

Creeks and ditch clean. BMPs are along road where dust control runoff may enter watereays. Creek culvert is completed. Still minor dewatering. Pumps are in place to soon bypass section of sewer.
