- loader traffic from lower to upper areas?
- active grading areas?
- pipe installation?
- wind blown dust on temporarily inactive disturbed areas
Met with all stakeholders at site. Dust is from haul road, trucks are turning in an area with silt a few inches deep.
Two water trucks running, neither have sparayed area, they were going to get refilled and are supposed to be watering affected area.
Construction entrance needs to be raked, starting to compact, lots of dust trackpit onto road, saw a dirt devil when the wind blew.
