Post rain inspection.
Site was able to handle all water, no discharged. Pond on bottom is connected to site.
Ran into Dean with Superior on site. Is waiting for joint trench to do site work before any sidewalks or streets. Concern about being pushed back into weather. If site not done RP will need to make sure water is contained to site and doesn't follow unfinished roads off site.
