	Concrete delivery reversed drum on road. Concrete was dumped on 6th heading towards front. ITD, ACHD, EPA, & Boise City ESC were all notified. Curtis clean sweep on site. Concrete contractor is responsible for getting roads cleaned completely. ESI will install inlet protection in areas to prevent dust and debris from getting into drains. ACHD inspector determined cleanup was ok to get traffic moving but not an acceptable final cleanup.
