Graders and water wagons working on south side of property. No blowing dust. Crushed rock exit installed, no trackout. Very windy at time of inspection.

Currently no dirt work, only work on town homes. Nothing leaving site.

Currently only material storage, no construction activity. 2 stock piles on site, some office trailers stored on southwest corner. Workers for project across street arr parking in lot. Lots of dust when vehicles drive over lot.

Foundation poured and site idle. Old outpak with some concrete bags inside it in rear of project.

Site is clean and contained. Alley is free from trackout.
