|
Hunter concrete washouts have been moved, road still needs to be cleaned in old location, some spills in new location. Most builders need to pick up trash from their lots and clean lumber scraps. Roads are clean of tracking.
ZEC contractors have dumped stucco mix and washout on lot, also newest foundation has bunch of dirt on sidewalk.
Blackrock has been much cleaner, have new large lined washout well marked, old washout material should be removed, is in a big pile.

SIte has natural buffer. Pool crew overfilled washout and haven't cleaned up spill, second washout has been brought on site and has plenty of room. Some small trash has blown into weeds around home. Street is clean, no trackout.

Met with Adam, superintendent of site and did walk through. He has crew walking fence line and taking pictures for time stamp proof of inspection.
Excavators are cutting down inside of hill and leaving a bench. Site foreman is running the smaller D6 dozer in mornings to level out cut. Dozer is running parallel to hillside with spotter. Dozer being used has ability to angle blade and is pushing everything away from homes and into downhill side of ravine. From bottom of hill may be difficult to see what work is actually being done and may look like a flat cut not being angled. All of area is sloped toward ravine like discussed, no major rockfall towards barrier fence seen.
