This project is for the placement of two fully engineered retaining walls in the rear yard of an existing single family dwelling in the Boise foothils regulated area. the walls combined are about lineal feet. the walls are holding back a surcharge to extend the usable patio area and place a new 700s.f. swimming pool and 314s.f. spa attached. The final inspection of the site grading and drainage work shall be done by the design engineer of record. An approval letter shall be submitted to Boise Public Works prior to the issuance of the building department final. Separate electrical permit is required and bonding of all metal parts is required to be approved by the electrical division prior to approval for placement of any concrete by the structural division. Separate electrical and ESC permits are required. The ESC plan requirement has been waived by Steve Webb. All per the approved plans as marked, engineering and Engineer's details attached. pep
