(CROWELL'S UPHOLSTERY) **9-12-11 PLAN MODOFICATION TO INCLUDE: INSTALL NEW TUBE STEEL LOW WALLS IN THE ENTRY SAMPLE AREAS; NEW SCONCE LIGHTS AND MIRROR IN THE RESTROOMS; NEW FIRESTOP DETAIL FOR PENNETRATIONS IN THE TENANT SEPARATION WALLS; AND OTHER MISC. WORK PER APPROVED PLANS. SRZ ** To build-out a 4,850 sq.ft. tenant space (building one, suites C & D) for a manufacturing upholstery shop and office/warehouse in an existing building per approved plans. The shell building was constructed under BLD98-02497. Work to include: construction of two 2-hour rated fire barrier walls, construction of interior walls to divide this space into display areas, office areas, production/manufacturing areas, and two fully accessible men's and women's restrooms; construct a new storage platform above the new office per plans; install a new dual height (hi-lo) accessible drinking fountain; suspended ceiling grid system installed per CISCA guidelines; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC; upgrade electrical, mechanical & plumbing to meet tenant needs and comply with current adopted codes and ordinances of Boise City; and all other work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. Energy code compliance for the envelope was part of the SHELL permit. Sealing & insulation of ductwork, mechanical and lighting compliance are a part of this permit. A Partial Permit was issued for this space under BLD11-01446. A new Certificate of Occupancy with the new occupant load total is required to be obtained after all work has been inspected and approved and prior to tenant occupying this space. NOTE: This building is NOT fire sprinklered. **SRZ**
