(QUILT CROSSING – Holbrock Building) Permit is to combine a 5,815 square foot space (BLD05-02751) and a 4,099 square foot space (BLD06-01741) to create a new tenant space that is 10,021 square feet. This permit is approved contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and attached structural calculations. Work includes: construction of new interior non-bearing walls (not to the ceiling) to create a work area, construction of new beam support for a folding partition wall, construction of a new case opening in an existing bearing / shear wall, and interior finishes. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
