This interior remodel project is to include select interior partition work to reconfigure the bathroom area, creating a master suite and the opening up of the wall between the kitchen and living room. there may be work at the ole rear entry alcove to create better access to the workshop and the basement including a new rear door set. the washer and dryer will be moved to the basement area with the water heater. The furnace will be inoperable until the next phases of this project. With the new electrical service there will be new electric basebord heating at this time.
