This remodel will be giving a Certificate of occupancy to the new common exercise room only. A new Tenant Improvement will be required prior to occupancy of the first floor. Work is to include: demolition of existing non-bearing walls, infill existing door openings, installation of new accessible door / hardware, new interior finishes in the basement, minor electrical, new front entry doors, and new exterior landscaping. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
