This space was previously occupied by "Open Table Catering" under BLD12-01157; this permit will be strictly giving occupancy for the large dining room only. Refer to attached floor plan “Green” highlighted area only. The “Blue” heighted area is to be common area only. No additional tenant is allowed in that area. NO NEW WORK IS AUTHORIZED UNDER THIS PERMIT. This building is fully fire sprinklered with an approved fire alarm system. Any modifications necessary to these systems will require separate fire protection permits; as regulated by the Fire Department.
