The South wall of this tenant space is a 2-hr fire wall. The 2-hr fire wall is required to be maintained. Work is to include a restroom accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, a grease hood and duct, and interior finishes. The grease duct will have duct wrap to allow reduction in clearances to combustible materials. The grease drain will be routed to an existing grease interceptor.
