Autozone Demolition and Shell - To demolish and remove the north 6,645 square foot portion of an existing 14,800 square foot retail building. Some interior partitions and restrooms will be demolished and removed from the north end of the remaining existing building. To reconstruct a 7,065 square foot, one story masonry and steel framed building shell addition back in the location of the demolished building. The building is in preparation for a future AutoZone retail auto parts store. This permit also includes related site improvements. This building will be fully fire sprinkled. This is a shell permit only and no occupancy is allowed under this permit. A separate tenant improvement permit is required to finish this building for occupancy. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list.
