This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and plan review report. Work to include: [installation of interior bearing walls to support new mezzanine], construction of a new equipment platform for new HVAC unit, [installation of interior non-bearing walls to create a new work area separate from the main large work area floor], new light switching, installation of new stairways to serve mezzanines, new mechanical, new electrical, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC. Note: this platform is connected to and serviced off of adjacent mezzanine added under BLD12-01448. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department.**TLW**
