(IMPERIAL PLAZA SUITE 301) This tenant improvement permit is to remove and dispose of all interior doors, cabinets, countertops, plumbing fixtures, light fixtures and floor coverings. Remove and dispose of asbestos containing materials in the painted textured popcorn ceilings and sheetrock texture. Interior noncombustible wall work to include the removal of the hall closets. Relocate closet in bedroom 2. Add partition and modify plumbing and venting for new utility closet. Modify partition between kitchen and dining area to accomodatea new raised breakfast bar. Furnish and install new interior doors, trim and hardware. Furnish and install new shower. To furnish and install new plumbing fixtures. Install new owner furnished light fixtures. Cabinets, counter tops, appliances painting and flooring by owner. Any penetrations of the floor / ceiling or wall assemblies bust be protected. There are to be no combustible materials in the wall assembleis in this project per chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC. **pep**
