To remodel a 7,330 square foot existing tenant space located on the 1st story of an existing building. This tenant will also expand by 5,964 square feet into the basement and by 3,775 square feet into the 2nd story. This building has an 8,604 square foot basement, an 8,604 square foot 1st story, and an 8,246 square foot 2nd story. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, upgrades to the basement restrooms to make them accessible to the disabled, a folding partition in the basement, an assembly room in the basement, a sump pump to serve new plumbing fixtures in the basement, a new single user restroom within this tenant space on the 1st story, two new single user restrooms within this tenant space on the 2nd story, millwork, interior doors, suspended acoustical ceilings, gypsum board ceilings, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
