Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, upgrades to the basement restrooms to make them accessible to the disabled, a folding partition in the basement, an assembly room in the basement, a sump pump to serve new plumbing fixtures in the basement, a new single user restroom within this tenant space on the 1st story, two new single user restrooms within this tenant space on the 2nd story, millwork, interior doors, suspended acoustical ceilings, gypsum board ceilings, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances.
