Scope of work to include; new exterior foundation, +- 24 lineal feet noncombustible wall, roof structure with 1 hour ceiling, insulations and wall finish. Insulation shall meet current code for the added 36 square feet. The louver and exterior door will be relocated in new wall as per approved plans. The existing door hardware will be relocated to new door. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
