(1ST STORY COMMERCIAL SHELL) (6-7-19 PLAN MODIFICATION TO RELOCATE THE ACCESSIBLE TOILET ROOM, TO CREATE A COMPLIANT LANDING ON THE INSIDE OF THE FRONT DOOR FLUSH WITH THE OUTSIDE LANDING, AND TO CONSTRUCT AN INTERIOR RAMP AT THE ELEVATION CHANGE BETWEEN THE NEW INTERIOR LANDING AND THE EXISTING INTERIOR FLOOR LEVEL. THE BROADWAY AVENUE DOOR WILL BE THE ENTRANCE ACCESSIBLE TO THE DISABLED. THE BOTTOM OF THE DOOR WILL BE EXTENDED TO THE NEW THRESHOLD.) This building does not have a fire sprinkler system. To remodel the 890 square foot 1st story of an existing 2 story building for a future retail sales tenant. This is a shell only permit. This permit does not establish a Certificate of Occupancy for any tenant. A separate tenant improvement permit is required to establish occupancy.
