THE BROADWAY AVENUE DOOR WILL BE THE ENTRANCE ACCESSIBLE TO THE DISABLED. THE BOTTOM OF THE DOOR WILL BE EXTENDED TO THE NEW THRESHOLD.) This building does not have a fire sprinkler system. To remodel the 890 square foot 1st story of an existing 2 story building for a future retail sales tenant. This is a shell only permit. This permit does not establish a Certificate of Occupancy for any tenant. A separate tenant improvement permit is required to establish occupancy. Work is to include a restroom accessible to the disabled, a horizontal and vertical 1-hr dwelling unit separation between the 1st and 2nd story, an exterior concrete slab at the back, and a new entry at the front. The bearing conditions for the existing 2nd floor will be changed. Structural work includes concrete footings, interior columns, and new floor joists attached to existing floor joists.
