**SPENCER FLUID POWER** Permit for tenant improvements to an existing 8,972 sq. ft. tenant space with a 1,450 sq. ft. mezzanine to reflect previous work to expand a tenant space that was completed without a permit. Additional work is to be completed under this permit to bring the space into compliance to include alterations to a restroom for ADA compliance, addition of a drinking fountain and a mop sink and the installation of a new overhead door with a integral man door for a required exit per the approved plans. The space is utilized as office, warehouse and minor repair of hydraulic equipment such as pumps and hoses. This is a fully fire sprinklered building for area increase.
