(LA RANCHERO MARKET – NORTH END OF BUILDING) (5-3-16 PLAN MODIFICATION TO MODIFY SOME UNDER SLAB PLUMBING) (2-25-16 PLAN MODIFICATION TO INSTALL AN EJECTOR PUMP AND SUMP) The fire sprinkler system is used for unlimited area of the building. To convert an existing 2,495 square foot tenant space and remodel it for a new market/dining/food preparation tenant. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, a “high” and a “low” drinking fountain, a double leaf exterior exit door, a Type I grease hood, a grease trap, kitchen equipment, millwork, and interior finishes. A new exterior doorway will be created in an existing masonry wall. A new steel header will be installed above the doorway. A new exterior door will be installed in the new doorway. Special Inspection is required for masonry anchors. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. A separate fire sprinkler permit shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such system. **CJW**
